Bill is a recognized lean manufacturing champion with 30+ years of diversified manufacturing experience with concentration in operations management (factory, facilities and QSR), engineering management, industrial engineering, project management, continuous improvement, logistics, and acquisition integration. He has worked in small / medium and large footprint manufacturing organizations responsible for manufacturing, business process optimization, new product development, excellence, materials management, inventory, and distribution control, purchasing, repair and servicing, facilities and maintenance. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, a certified auditor for ISO9000 and an adjunct professor teaching LeanSigma.

Bill is Chairman of the National Science Foundation for the Medical Device Industry Education Consortium. He has served on numerous business advisory councils, active Board of Directors for the Florida Medical Device Consortium and volunteer organizations including Dart and NDART –Disaster Animal Response Team and the Humane Society of Pinellas.
