Jeff is an operations management and organization development consultant with over 38 years of global experience in airline maintenance, engineering, quality, supply chain management, aerospace manufacturing and safety management systems (SMS). His global experience includes a variety of diverse business cultures, throughout North America, Asia and The Middle East.

Jeff’s interventions are laser focused on client improvements. The results allow leaders and teams to meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders, while incorporating best practice and continual improvement principles of the ISO family of standards. He is an experienced auditor, specializing in ISO9001, AS9110, AS9100 and IOSA quality and safety standards.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and an MBA degree in Organization Development. He maintains certifications as Project Management Professional (PMP) and Senior Professional in Human Resource Management (SPHR).
