Carla Dorsey

Vice President and COO

Carla Dorsey is co-owner and principle of The Dorsey Group. She holds her Masters in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Six Sigma Green Belt. Carla has over 30 years of experience guiding clients in producing and utilizing relevant, accurate and timely data to make business decisions.

Her areas of expertise include business structure and process, accounting, business plans and planning, budgeting and managerial accounting to guide the business to success. Her career includes public accounting, Controller/CFO for private organizations, governmental and health care specialties and teaching accounting at the college level.

Carla is on the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement and on the Ambassadors Board for Nova Southeastern University. She is a member of the Junior Achievement Circle of Wise Women, and Florida Institute of CPA’s Accounting Careers Committee Member. Carla also volunteers for SCORE, a division of the Small Business Administration where she mentors small businesses and conducts workshops.
