Jose Rodriguez

Operations Advisor / Consultant

Jose Rodriguez is our Client Coordinator and a Consultant. He is responsible for aligning client needs with The Dorsey Group services and is able to assist organizations whose focus is performance improvement and quality initiatives. He is trained in process mapping, problem solving, Lean Six Sigma, data collection and High Performance Work Teams.

Eager to hear the issues that you are confronting, Jose will introduce you to The Dorsey Group and how we can best serve you. He will be happy to discuss our performance services, including consulting, workshops, training and our proprietary software, TIMs.

Jose is an active volunteer for and supporter of Junior Achievement of South Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and is a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
