Patrick is a business system specialist with 30+ years’ experience in quality, manufacturing and distribution. He has championed Continuous Improvement initiatives as both a seasoned manager and a consultant. He has extensive expertise in production, packaging, inventory control, engineering and facilities. He led a former company to win highly competitive Manufacturer of the Year award sponsored by the SFMA and MAF. Patrick has worked in both large and small organizations and is highly trained and supportive of quality systems, ISO9000, Lean Sigma and 5S.

With a passion for teaching Patrick is an adjunct professor facilitating coursework in Critical Thinking & Decision Making and Production and Quality Management. He also volunteers his time with local high schools and colleges to help develop and create business and technical learning opportunities as well as internship programs for high performing college students.
