With over 25 years in various management capacities, Vince has developed broad business expertise in managing operations, people, projects, and services. He has worked in large, medium and small companies and has assisted many start-ups. Vince excels working in team environments and has managed process improvement projects that resulted in cost savings and increased efficiency. He is skilled at assessing organizational and client needs and quickly arriving at appropriate solutions.

Vince is an active volunteer for SCORE, a division of the Small Business Administration. He is a mentor for new start-ups and small businesses, has implemented positive change, and is Committee Chair for Operations. He holds a Master in Business Administration, a Master of Science in Information Systems, and is a Six Sigma Greenbelt. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
